i26.in is operated by Vaibhav Bhosale, an individual based in Solapur, Maharashtra, India. i26.in is a trading brand and is not a registered company. Contact: vaibhav@i26.in. These terms apply to i26 accounts, AI tools, hosted pages, digital products and services. A separately agreed project contract may add specific scope and delivery terms.
Read these terms before creating an account, publishing content or purchasing. We record your acceptance of the version shown. Material changes that require agreement will be presented for acceptance; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
Age and account eligibility
Accounts, tools, publishing and purchases are for people aged 18 or older who can legally enter into a contract. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Do not create an account or place an order if you do not meet these conditions.
We collect an age eligibility declaration, not a full date of birth. This is a declaration, not proof of identity or age. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will investigate and restrict processing or remove the information as required. A parent or guardian can contact us through Privacy requests without creating an account.
Keep your Google account and private download links secure. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You remain responsible for actions you authorize through your account; this does not remove our own security duties.
Your content, customers and business decisions
You retain the rights you have in your uploaded content. You give us permission to store, process, format and display it as needed to provide the features you request. Publishing makes the selected content publicly accessible and potentially discoverable by search engines. Copies made by visitors or search engines may persist after you unpublish.
Before uploading or publishing, obtain the necessary copyright licences, permissions to use images and likenesses, and authority to share personal information. Check your business claims, prices, offers, endorsements, contact details and legal notices. Do not publish fabricated reviews, misleading performance claims, unlawful offers or another person’s confidential information.
When you operate a business page, you are responsible for the lawful operation of that business, your customer communications, your own privacy notices and permissions, and any products or services you offer. i26 provides the platform and remains responsible for its own obligations. A hosted page does not mean that i26 has verified or endorsed the business.
Do not collect payment card details, passwords, identity documents, health records or children’s personal information through general i26 forms or AI prompts. Any project involving regulated or sensitive data requires a separate suitability review and written agreement before that data is provided.
AI outputs need your review
AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased or non-unique content. Review facts, calculations, permissions, legal claims and suitability before relying on, downloading or publishing an output. Generated material is a draft and does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You are responsible for decisions you make using an output and for content you choose to distribute. We do not promise a specific income, search ranking, advertising result or exclusivity of generated content. Any intellectual property rights depend on applicable law and the rights in your inputs and source materials.
Acceptable use and content reports
Do not use i26 for fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful discrimination, harassment, impersonation, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not evade access controls, compromise other accounts or overload the service.
Use Report content to identify a page, explain the concern and supply the facts or rights supporting it. We may investigate, request information, restrict content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, security risks, serious misuse or legal obligations. We give reasons and a chance to seek review where appropriate and legally permitted. Contact us to appeal a decision.
We do not claim automatic immunity for user content. Each report and our own responsibilities are assessed under the law that applies. We may preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful requests where required.
Orders, digital delivery and cancellations
Prices, currency, included items and scope are shown before checkout or in your agreed proposal. Payment availability depends on the payment provider and your location. We use provider-hosted checkout and do not ask you to send card details through our forms.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Digital purchases are generally final after delivery where the law permits. A required express request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of a withdrawal right are collected separately before checkout. Rights for faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content remain.
For services, the agreed proposal should state deliverables, milestones, charges and cancellation terms. Starting work does not automatically remove a statutory cancellation right. Any lawful request to start during a withdrawal period must be agreed for that project.
Responsibility and limits
We use reasonable care in providing the service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, networks and third-party providers. We do not give guarantees that an AI output or a customer-authored page will be accurate, lawful or suitable for every use.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by your unlawful inputs, unauthorized uploads, misleading customer claims or decisions taken without reviewing generated material. This does not excuse our own breach of contract, negligence, unlawful processing or duties concerning content we are legally required to address.
For business customers acting in the course of business, and only to the extent the law permits, liability arising from the affected service is limited to the fees paid to i26 for that service in the preceding 12 months, or INR 10,000 if greater. Indirect business losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, are excluded where lawful. This contractual cap does not apply to consumers or override a higher liability required by law.
Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer and data protection rights.
A business customer must reimburse reasonable third-party claims and costs directly caused by its unlawful uploaded content or material breach of the permissions it gave us, to the extent permitted by law. We will notify the customer and allow reasonable participation in the response. This obligation does not cover losses caused by our own wrongdoing, and does not apply to consumers.
Ending use, complaints and applicable law
You can stop using the service, unpublish your pages and request account deletion. Some transaction and dispute records may need to be retained. Suspension or termination does not automatically cancel a buyer’s existing rights or remove our refund obligations.
Send service complaints to vaibhav@i26.in. For privacy matters, use Privacy requests; for hosted content, use Report content. Include the relevant account or order reference, but do not send passwords or card details.
Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove rights or access to courts that applicable law guarantees you. We first try to resolve complaints directly; any court jurisdiction is subject to mandatory local rules.
