Who handles your information
Business correspondence address: 6th Cross, Vrindavan Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka 562125, India.
Vaibhav Bhosale operates i26.in from Solapur, Maharashtra, India, and handles the platform information described here. Contact vaibhav@i26.in or use Privacy requests for questions, rights requests or complaints. i26 is a trading brand operated by an individual, not a registered company.
A business using an i26 page is responsible for its own business information and for the purposes for which it asks customers to contact it. Its page should identify that business and explain its practices. Where a service requires us to process customer data on a business’s instructions, the parties must agree appropriate data processing terms before regulated or sensitive data is supplied.
Information we use and why
Enquiries and career introductions: the name, email, company, interests and notes you choose to submit, used to respond and discuss your request. General forms are not intended for sensitive data. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Account access: your Google account identifier, email, name and profile image, used for sign-in, account management and access to your saved work. We do not receive your Google password. We record the policy version, acceptance time and your declaration that you are at least 18. We do not request a full birth date or government identity document at signup.
AI and hosted pages: prompts, uploaded media, saved documents, draft pages and published content, used to run the features you request. Publishing makes selected information public. Avoid submitting other people’s personal or confidential information unless you have the authority and a lawful basis to do so.
Transactions: order references, purchased items, amounts, currency, payment status, necessary payment event details and digital-delivery acknowledgements. These support payment verification, access, disputes and legal record keeping. Card details entered into provider checkout are handled by the payment provider.
Requests and security: your contact details, request text and relevant references when you ask for privacy assistance or report content. Technical logs, request timing and limited network information may be used to protect the service and diagnose problems. Public request limits use a temporary hashed network identifier.
Optional analytics: with permission, Google Analytics may process page, browser, device and approximate location information. Essential only keeps analytics disabled. Cookie preferences lets you change your choice.
Legal grounds and choices
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we use the basis appropriate to the activity: steps you request before a contract and performance of the service, compliance with legal obligations, consent for optional analytics and other consent-based processing, and legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and responding to relevant business communications where that basis is available and your rights do not override it.
Where applicable law requires consent for a purpose, we obtain it before that processing. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences or a privacy request. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful, and may affect a feature that depends on the information. We do not make optional analytics a condition of using the service.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We honour Global Privacy Control for optional analytics in this website. We do not knowingly profile children or target advertising to them.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting and database providers operate the application. Google provides sign-in. AI features may use Google AI Studio or OpenRouter and the model provider selected by OpenRouter; prompts and relevant inputs are sent to the configured provider to obtain your requested output. Media search requests may be sent to Pexels when you choose stock images or videos. Voice generation may send the selected narration to the configured audio provider through OpenRouter. Razorpay processes the checkout implemented on this website. Providers have their own terms, retention and privacy practices.
Information may be processed in India and other countries where those providers operate. Cross-border processing must use the safeguards or exceptions required by the law that applies. Contact us for the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your proposed project before sending regulated or sensitive information. This policy does not assert that every provider or international transfer is suitable for every customer.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate your requested service, investigate misuse, respond to valid legal requests or protect legal rights. We do not authorize customers to submit information they have no right to share.
How long information stays
Saved drafts and account materials remain available while needed for your account, unless you delete them or request deletion. Published pages remain public until unpublished, deleted or restricted. Search engines and visitors may retain independent copies.
We review unanswered or closed enquiries and career introductions after 12 months and remove or anonymise records no longer needed. Privacy and content reports are reviewed after resolution and retained only as needed to demonstrate the response, handle an ongoing dispute or satisfy a legal obligation. Retention reviews are operational tasks, not an automatic deletion promise.
Transaction records and relevant acceptance evidence may be retained for applicable accounting, tax, payment dispute and legal requirements. When handling a deletion request, we explain any information we must retain and restrict its use to that purpose. Backup copies, where maintained, follow the hosting provider’s rotation and protection arrangements; ask us about a specific deletion request.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or review of a decision about your information. Use Privacy requests or email vaibhav@i26.in. A parent or guardian can report a child’s information through the same route. You do not need an account and we do not require an age declaration to submit a privacy request.
We verify requests proportionately before disclosing or deleting data and ask only for information needed for that check. Do not send identity documents unless a specific secure verification method has been agreed. We respond within the applicable legal deadline. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the usual response period is one month, subject to lawful extensions and notice. Other jurisdictions may provide different periods and conditions.
You can complain to the privacy authority where the applicable law provides that right, including an EU supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner. For India, grievance and escalation rights apply under the provisions in force at the time of your request. We do not retaliate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children, external content and updates
Accounts, tools, publishing and purchases are intended for adults aged 18 or older. An age declaration is not identity verification. If we learn that we hold a child’s information contrary to the applicable requirements, we will investigate and take appropriate steps to delete or restrict it. General marketing pages can be read without creating an account.
Embedded videos and social posts on hosted pages connect to their external provider only when you choose to load them. That provider may then receive network and browser information and use its own storage. Follow the provider link if you prefer to visit the original site.
We update this notice when relevant processing changes. The date and policy version identify the current notice. We will provide further notice or obtain a new agreement when required. Security measures reduce risk but no website can promise absolute security.
