What we deliver
i26 sells digital materials and provides software services. These purchases do not involve physical shipping, courier delivery or physical returns. Check the product description and your project proposal for the exact deliverables.
Digital purchases
Digital access is released after the payment is verified as successful. A pending or failed payment does not unlock a download. Payment-provider confirmation or a technical issue can delay access; do not pay again solely because a download has not appeared.
For planning kits, use the purchasing account to access your materials and purchase confirmation. Digital-store purchases use a private receipt link with download access. Keep that link secure and retain your confirmation.
Software projects
Project deliverables, delivery method, milestones and dependencies are agreed in the proposal. We do not promise the same completion date for every project. Ask for the agreed delivery schedule before paying.
Missing or inaccessible content
Email vaibhav@i26.in with the order reference, purchase email and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full card details or private download links in public messages. We will investigate delivery failures and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation and refund rights.
